Cancellation / Refund policy
This cancellation and refund policy indicates the context in which you are eligible for a cancellation /or a refund on your order. This policy covers our online sales.

How many days do I have to Cancel / Refund my Order?
We understand that you might change your mind. As such, you can Cancel/Refund any Product on the Startup Bazaar free of charge, within 7 days of the ordered date Except for Our Application Fee of Incubation(because fee of the form which is not refundable). The 7-day window starts on the day you effectively ordered the item.
If you pass that date, we offer an extra 14 days to cancel/refund the order in exchange for a 20% Fee of order Value.

Once we are informed of your intent to cancel/refund your order, you will get your money back within 14 days of time.
You have to provide reason for the Cancel/refund. However, we would love to get more feedback on the reason for your return so we may contact you to learn a bit more about your experience. This will help us improve our product and the experience for our customers.
Note:- Startup Bazaar membership offers a refund of remaining months in your account. for example:- you purchased 12-month membership and ask for a refund within 7 days of the ordered date then you will only get a refund of 11 months and we will consider it one-month membership. The refunded amount will be (ordered amount – the cost of one-month membership).
Do I need to cover the Cancel/refund cost?
We cover easy and free refunds on orders within the cancel/refund period. For all orders after Cancel/refund periods(i:e 14 Days after the cancel/refund period is over), you will have to cover the price of the cancel/refund.
If you cancel/refund your order within the 7-day window aforementioned, we will refund your all ordered amount.
If you cancel/refund your order after that period and within the next 14 days, the amount will be refunded but with a 20% refund Fee.
We will proceed with the refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation/refund request. We might however delay the refund If there are bank holidays within that time window.
The refund will cover your order amount unless you have chosen Startup Bazaar’s membership or the Refund request is out cancel/refund time window.
We may not refund all ordered amounts in the above cases.
