This Fundit Program Policy describes Our policies and procedures also tells You about possible outcomes of the Fundit Program.

The pitching Time Window Will be Between 3 months to 6 months that means will pitch your startup to investors in the above given time window.

What are the various Outcomes of the Fundit Program? 

Scenario 1: 

  1. We Select your Startup
  2. You Pay the Application Fee.
  3. We send your Startup Pitch to our Investor Network
  4. Investors Show Interest.
  5. We send the required Documents to Investors
  6. We set up the Meeting with Investor & You handle the Negotiation Part.
  7. Investor Said Yes the For Funding & you complete the required Documents.
  8. We will Charge a 2% Success Fee.
  9. In Case of Investment Banker Saying Yes (Sucess fee 5%-7%)

Scenario 2: 

  1. We Select your Startup
  2. You Pay the Application Fee.
  3. We send your Startup Pitch to our Investor Network
  4. No Investors Show Interest.
  5. We Will Refund Your Application Fee.

Scenario 3: 

  1. We Select your Startup
  2. You Pay the Application Fee.
  3. We send your Startup Pitch to our Investor Network
  4. Investors Show Interest.
  5. We send the required Documents to Investors
  6. We set up the Meeting with Investor & You handle the Negotiation Part.
  7. Investor Said No the For Funding
  8. Your Application Fee is Not Refundable.

How Refund will be Initiated?

After the Pitching time will over we will contact you and at that time you can either extend your pitching time at no cost or Initiate a refund on the same day. The amount is refunded within 5-7 working days.
